A delegation of 60 European University students, led by Professor Vautrin, attended the United Nation’s visit at Palais des Nations, which was held in fall 2011. European University Geneva and Montreux students visited the Human Rights and Alliance Civilization Room, the Assembly Hall, and the Council Chamber, where significant speeches have been given. Geneva was an ideal location for this event as it is an international city and home to many international organizations.
EU Business School Geneva and Montreux students were able to discover the United Nations’ history, mission, and importance. The UN plays an important role in inter-governmental diplomacy, which in turn has a profound effect on the international business environment. By visiting the United Nations headquarters, European University business students gained insight into a world intrinsically linked to their own.
