BBA - Bachelor of Business Administration

The Bachelor of Business Administration is a seven-semester, three-year program. It is designed to provide students with fundamental knowledge about main business disciplines and an advanced skillset in the latest areas of business to allow for a wide career choice and success in the business world.

The first year comprises core courses to provide a solid base in all fundamental business areas. Specialization subjects, such as cross-cultural business issues, knowledge management, marketing research and change management, are introduced in semesters three to five. In the sixth and seventh semesters, students focus solely on business management modules to equip them with key managerial concepts, theories and the tools necessary for all business fields.

Students who successfully complete this program and wish to further their knowledge in their specialization may opt to take an additional eighth semester and earn a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) awarded by Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM), Spain (título propio).

Students may also fast track their degree by taking summer semesters.

Learning Outcomes
 

The Bachelor of Business Administration program equips students with a panoramic view of modern business. Through this program, students will:

Acquire an understanding of current business issues through required readings and research.

Analyze issues facing multinationals, companies and structures involved in change management.

Demonstrate an understanding of the analysis, decision making and implementation issues of managing a service.

Obtain a practical working background which prepares them for immediate entry into a management position.
