Put the effort in now and you\u2019ll give yourself a significant head start when applying for jobs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Research shows that work-life balance is one of the strongest indicators of happiness at work. And happier people are more productive, creative and financially successful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s easy to sideline wellbeing, especially when you\u2019re starting out and eager to make a positive first impression.
