The BA (Hons) in Business Management (Human Resources Management) is a six-semester, three-year program (180 ECTS). In addition to their core business courses, students of this program delve into the theory and strategy behind talent management, business performance and employment law. Case studies center on real work-based issues with strategic implications.
The first year comprises core courses to give students a solid grounding in business while the second and third years incorporate specific subjects such as employment law in the workplace,
global talent management and leadership. In the third year, students are required to undertake a business consultancy project where they apply the knowledge attained throughout the course.
As a partner student of the University of Derby, students are granted access to the University’s online learning environment ‘University of Derby Online (UDo)’ where they are able to access program resources related specifically to their degree, the University’s library and grades.
