MBA in Human Resources Management

People are the most valuable asset of any company and now more than ever, organizations are committing to the happiness and retention of great employees. The Human Resources Management program focuses on handling employees from varied social, cultural and political points of view while developing your personal skills, such as group working and time management. You will learn the methods of effective talent scouting and management, as well as the trends and techniques necessary to build a top-notch team.

The MBA in Human Resources Management (90 ECTS) is a one-year, three-term, full-time degree or a two-year, six-term part-time degree with start dates in October, January and March. While completing the EU MBA program, students can also choose to earn a second distinct qualification, a state-accredited degree from the University of Roehampton (UoR) in London, U.K.
