Where to Study a Bachelor in Management in Barcelona: Why EU Business School Should Be Your Top Choice

Barcelona is one of Europe’s leading hubs for business, innovation and entrepreneurship. If you want to kickstart your career in business, the city offers a combination of academic opportunity and direct exposure to a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem, making it a strategic location in which to shape your professional future.

Selecting the right institution is central to that experience. EU Business School (EU) is one of the leading international business schools in Barcelona, combining rigorous academic training with practical, real-world application, international networking opportunities and direct exposure to industry professionals. We teach exclusively in English, the international language of business, and our bachelor’s programs in business, business management and business administration are designed to give our graduates and future leaders the work-ready skills, entrepreneurial mindset and global network that are crucial for professional success. This makes EU one of the top business schools in Barcelona for undergraduates and a destination of choice for English-taught undergraduate business degrees in Spain.

Barcelona: A Mediterranean Hub for Business and Entrepreneurship

Barcelona is the ideal place to study international business. The city is a leading startup hub in Europe, with more than 2,200 startups, along with scale-ups, tech companies and multinationals. All of this is supported by a mature entrepreneurial ecosystem that includes accelerators, incubators and venture capital activity concentrated in innovation districts such as 22@.

The city is also host to globally renowned events such as the MWC (Mobile World Congress), which draws tens of thousands of industry professionals, executives and innovators for a week that shapes the global conversation on tech and telecommunications. For EU Business School students, that’s a chance to engage directly with the trends and people driving the industry forward.

This business ecosystem gives our students proximity to companies actively hiring in technology-driven and international roles and access to a global network of entrepreneurs.

A Pragmatic Approach: Experience Business First-Hand

At EU Business School, we believe in learning by doing, which is why we immerse students in business in order to help them build the practical skills that employers today demand.

  • Case Studies and Business Simulations: Students examine real business scenarios and make real decisions, providing solutions to key business challenges and developing their problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
  • Learning From Leaders: Our flagship conference series features globally renowned entrepreneurs and leaders from the worlds of business, politics and beyond. From EU alumnus and CEO of Manchester United Football Club Omar Berrada to Zev Siegl, the co-founder of Starbucks, our students have the unique opportunity to interact some of the most impactful and innovative thinkers anywhere.
  • Company Visits: Thanks to our extensive network of business partners, EU students go behind the scenes through visits to top companies to gain first-hand insider insights into business operations.
  • Business Immersion Weeks A week packed with interactive and dynamic activities takes our students out of the classroom and right into the heart of real business, where they apply their theoretical learning to build practical skills.
  • Pitch Competitions and Challenges: Our students have the opportunity to demonstrate their strategic thinking, communication and entrepreneurial skills in prestigious international events from the Mark Challenge in Monaco to CWMUN (Change the World Model United Nations) in New York.

This hands-on approach to learning means our graduates leave with demonstrable, work-ready skills that make them stand out from the crowd to future employers.

Career Support: Preparing Students for Professional Success

A management degree is only as valuable as the career outcomes it supports. EU Business School’s dedicated career support team works with students throughout their studies, offering one-to-one career guidance, workshops for professional skills development, and valuable connections to internship and employment opportunities. Our success at guiding our students towards their dream career path is reflected in our 5-Star rating for Employability from QS Stars.

Student Experience: Support Beyond the Classroom

EU Business School builds support around the whole student. Every student is assigned a personal academic counselor, a single point of contact who stays with you throughout your studies, helping you navigate everything from course selection to the day-to-day challenges of adapting to a new academic system.

The dedicated student experience team takes that support outside the classroom too, organizing an ongoing calendar of activities that ranges from skiing trips in the Pyrenees to wellbeing workshop, helping you build community and foster enduring friendships.

All this in Barcelona, consistently rated as Spain’s top student city according to QS Best Student Cities, which is home to 5 kilometers of gorgeous beaches, the spectacular architecture of Antoni Gaudí, and the world-famous FC Barcelona football club.
