EU Business School (EU) is thrilled to announce that our Online MBA program has been ranked 14th in the world by QS Top MBA in their 2017 report, scoring 96/100 for student quality and 100/100 for student diversity.
QS Quacquarelli Symonds is the leading provider of world university rankings. Yesterday, they released the fifth edition of the annual QS Distance/Online MBA Ranking. The table ranks the world’s top 40 programs while acting as a valuable source of information for the ever-increasing number of students looking to undertake an online MBA.
Surveying the field
These rankings are based on the findings of an in-depth questionnaire submitted by international business schools. This questionnaire is then combined with another survey completed by international employers who hire MBA graduates. The results of both are used to produce the final score, which ranks all of the competing programs.
All distance and online courses are judged on several categories: employability, student quality, establishment in the online MBA market, faculty and teaching, class experience and diversity.
How the rankings are calculated
Program factors such as the year it was established, the applicants/place ratio and its accreditation are all taken into consideration. These are mixed with student related statistics, such as the degree completion rate, the average GMAT score and the number of nationalities enrolled in the program. The overall score is then formulated to rank the programs.
A vintage year
This ranking adds to other EU successes enjoyed during 2017. CEO Magazine recently ranked our Online MBA program as #1 in the world and we were placed in the Superior Research & Employability Quadrant in the QS Global 250 Business Schools Report. These achievements are a result of our consistent dedication to excellence and innovation. We offer tomorrow’s leaders a cutting-edge, integrated and complete educational experience, both online and on campus.
